Andrew Kemp is a Senior Paraplanner and Pension Transfer Specialist at clarity. His primary focus is around advice suitability but he gets involved in all areas of analysis and the provision of advice. Andrew has been working in the financial services industry since 2004 and the financial planning profession since 2010. He is a Chartered Financial Planner (Fellow of the Personal Finance Society) and a Chartered Actuary (Associate of the Institute of Actuaries). Andrew has a passion for helping people, whether that’s our clients or his colleagues, and he believes that when financial planning is done right, it has a positive impact on everyone involved.

Carrie Hughes is clarity’s Executive PA and Office Manager, playing a key role in keeping the team running smoothly and efficiently. Since joining in July 2022, Carrie has become an integral part of day-to-day operations, supporting the leadership team and ensuring the office environment is organised, welcoming, and productive. Since joining, she has completed an Executive PA Diploma and is now furthering her studies in accounting and HR, continually building on her skills to better support the team. Known for her professionalism, approachability, and attention to detail, she’s often the go-to person for both staff and clients alike.

Jess Lelew is a Paraplanner at clarity, she started her working life in Investment Management before moving into financial advice. She holds the CISI Private Client Advice and Management Certificate, along with the Diploma in Investment Advice and Certificate in Paraplanning, and is currently working towards chartered status. Jess enjoys breaking down complex financial concepts to make the world of financial advice more accessible and empowering people through financial education.

Louise Challis is clarity’s Partnerships Manager and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning. She is typically the first friendly voice you hear when you talk to clarity, guiding you through our onboarding process and ensuring you feel welcomed and informed from day one.

In addition to client introductions, Louise leads all our B2B efforts, planning and delivering live seminars, hosting interactive webinars, and forging strong professional partnerships. No matter the format, her mission is the same: to cultivate meaningful relationships and empower others with clear, actionable financial insights.

Naomi Kewell is a Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) who advises clients at both clarity and MDR clarity, our joint venture with international law firm Mishcon de Reya. Naomi joined Clarity in 2014, bringing over a decade of experience in financial services. She began her career as a paraplanner at Grant Thornton and now specialises in delivering tailored financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Sahiba Kohli is a Paraplanner, predominantly working alongside Glyn Bolton, clarity's Investment Director and his client bank. Sahiba conducts the research, analysis and report writing for all of the incoming queries, helping clients to ensure that they are on the right path to reach their objectives. Alongside paraplanning, Sahiba is a member of the Investment Committee, helping with the strategy and decision making with the Buy List and Asset Allocation models clarity offers. She is also the Charity Lead and is the key driver behind all of clarity’s charity efforts. Sahiba holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is currently studying towards the CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning in order to become Chartered.

Vicki Watson is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 20 years of experience in financial services. Before moving into financial planning more than a decade ago, she worked as a portfolio manager specialising in Asian equities. Since joining clarity in September 2019, she has focused on lifestyle financial planning, combining her strong technical background with a warm, client-focused approach. In addition to holding Chartered status, Vicki is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Her approach combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping clients gain clarity and confidence about their financial future.

Leila Photiou is clarity’s Digital Marketing Manager and the driving force behind the clarityON podcast. She helps lead clarity’s marketing efforts and oversees the podcast's production, content, and promotion. Leila began her career at clarity as an administrator and is currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing, alongside her CII Diploma in Financial Planning. Michele Pollastro is the UX Designer at clarity, and he works as Audio Editor for the clarityON podcast. He is in charge of the post-production, applying "his magic" to tailor and edit the sound and quality of each episode. Michele has more than ten years of experience in the Design Sector, and he began his career here at clarity in 2021, working on Digital products in an Agile Environment. He designs products with clients in mind (focusing on usability) and provides design assets to our team.
